Most people have at least one, if not a few or several nutritional deficiencies. It’s very difficult in today’s modernized world to get adequate nutrition from your food source simply because high quality organic food is harder to come by. Even when you do the soil is becoming more depleted so this food isn’t as nutritionally dense as it once was. To continuously feed your body nutrition though should be the goal for all of us.

When you feed your body plenty of nutrition you feel better, look better, are in better shape, and enjoy life much more. Working, eating, sex, and life becomes more enjoyable because you experience life in a higher quality manner, like living life through a 3-D movie instead of seeing it on a little television on the far side of the room. It’s a different life and living experience when you’re healthy and feel great.

For all these reasons, and so many more, it should be a goal for each one of us to make sure to get an adequate amount of nutrition. The more nutrition we get the more 3-d and vivid life becomes. Not to mention that life threatening and debilitating diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer and more will occur in your body prematurely if you have nutritional deficiencies.

In this video, I share with you some of the top signs of nutritional deficiencies so you can learn and recognize if you have nutritional deficiencies personally, and if so, do something about it, eat more vegetables, fruits, sprouts, nuts and seeds.
