Nature provides us what we need to live a healthy life, yet all too often we ignore it. Humans, just like nature, get infections. Infections such as parasites, candida (yeast infection), herpes, bacterial infections, fungal infections and more. We get these infections when the homeostasis of our body is off and when our immune system isn’t performing at it’s highest level.

Big pharma has done an excellent job tricking us into thinking that the only want to kill infections in our bodies is to run to them instead of nature.
That doesn’t need to be the case though. We can learn from nature and do our own research. We know intuitively even that some things we eat have properties that would be good for infections. Garlic and onions for example. Seems obvious right?
Ingredients You’ll Need:
3 cups of organic apple cider vinegar (get here)
1/4 cup of chopped organic garlic
1/4 cup of chopped organic onion
2 fresh organic chili peppers
1/4 cup of grated organic ginger (get here)
2 teaspoons of grated horseradish
2 teaspoons of organic turmeric (get here)
3 teaspoons of raw honey (get here)
How To Prepare This Natural Antibiotic Recipe:
- Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, except for the apple cider vinegar.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass mason jar.
- Pour in apple cider vinegar to the top of the jar. It works best if 2/3 of the jar consist of dry ingredients, and the rest is filled with apple cider vinegar.
- Close the jar tight and shake to mix ingredients.
- Keep the jar in a cool and dry place for 2 weeks. Shake well several times a day to keep the ingredients mixing.
- After 2 weeks, squeeze well and strain the liquid through a plastic strain. For better results put a gauze over it. Squeeze well so the whole juice comes out.
Store this antibiotic tonic in the fridge. For maximum potency, let mixture infuse for six full weeks. You can use the tonic earlier (in as little as 2 weeks) or up to 6 weeks if you want a stronger version. Take one or two tablespoons a few times daily as needed to kill the infection you’re dealing with.
