It helps to Dialtes veins, arteries, lymphatic vessels.  It also causes andeogenesis which causes growth of new blood vessels. It Restores blood flow to the nerves, Increases nutritional flow to the cells.  Nitric oxide in certain areas of the brain can restore memory and learning abilities.  Nitric oxide aids in wound healing.  Neuropathy is caused by damaged nerves due to not enough nitric oxide.

Diabetics have less nitric oxide than the healthy amount, they need more.

Nitric oxide is a vasodilator which means that it widens blood vessels to allow for more flow to the heart, the prostate, the brain, and other areas of the body.

Foods that boost Nitric Oxide include: green leafy vegetables, beets, pomegranate juice, dark chocolate and cayenne pepper as well.

Include these foods in your diet and make sure to get sunlight as well.  The sunlight’s UV rays help to release Nitric oxide in the body! If you have these foods in your diet and get sunlight, your nitric oxide levels will be boosted.
