How EMF’s and Radiation Affect Your Health & Hormones & Ways to Protect Yourself
There are many stances a person may choose to take when considering the effects radiation, EMF’s, and 5g may have on our biophysiology, neurology, immune system, and spirit. Symptoms can be easy to dismiss as psychosomatic as this is a newer experiment being employed rapidly with little to no literature presented to the public in the mainstream on its long term or even short term effects. Just with anything of this nature we need to have tests and strong long term research available that prove with evidence based data that something is against life or favor of life of the organism that is to the planet and all of her inhabitants. Refer to the easily accessible videos of plant life dying near 5g structures and of birds dying near these towers. Within documented human history we have never been exposed to this level of daily ongoing radiation before.
I personally feel that at the very least these technologies attack the immune system and are a threat to remaining in a parasympathetic state thus locking the vulnerable in fight or flight mode and making it harder to address and heal diseases, sicknesses, and autoimmune disorders.
Upon doing some investigative research we are able to find some buried or even hidden factual hard science-based journals and interviews by leading scientists, chemists and biologists that state the detrimental effects of radiation, 5G, and EMF’s on life itself. At the forefront there have been leaks from some of the most globally known health organizations showing a possible link between cancer and EMF’s in people. Below I highlight some important points uncovered from leading biologists published journals.
Dr. Martin Pall, Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry and Basic Medical Sciences, of Washington State University, outlines seven detrimental effects of EMF’s in his published article, “WiFi is an Important Threat to Human Health”. The threats include oxidative stress, sperm/testicular damage, neuropsychiatric effects including EEG changes, apoptosis, cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload.
Dr Pall’s approach involves viewing most of the physiological effects of EMF’s as being initially caused by and downstream from alteration of calcium ion and voltage gated calcium channel signaling in the cells. Other leading researchers such as Dr. Martin Blank, Ph.D in physical chemistry from Columbia University, and Dr. Darius Leszczynski, Ph.D in cell Biology/Biochemistry from University of Helsinki state that this is likely an oversimplification and there are many other mechanisms by which EMF’s may initiate physiological chains of disruption in the body. From here, we delve into and explore the effects radiation has on our hormones for a fully integrated understanding of just how much of a health risk this poses.
Radiation Effects on Hormones
Testosterone balance is essential for proper functioning and is necessary for physical strength, cognitive function, mood and reproductive health. Healthy testosterone levels contribute to maintaining energy levels and building muscle mass. When testosterone is low strength and stamina are diminished and a constellation of other health problems may arise indicating the extreme importance of protecting this hormone.
A study published by the International Journal of Zoological Research reported on the effects of EMF’s on cortisol and testosterone hormones in Syrian Hamsters (Sorry, I know animal experimentation is less than ideal).
What was found was “electromagnetic fields penetrate the animal body and act on all organs, altering the cell membrane potential and the distribution of ions and dipoles. Protection of Body: I have chosen a living environment outside of cell service range and with access to bodies of water, sun exposure and dense in evergreens. I use Ethernet cables when using my laptop and smart phone and when traveling/sleeping I place all devices on airplane mode or far away when not in use. I opt for airtube headphones and I also consume organic super foods that boost my immune system and am learning to garden.
Diet and what I consume plays a huge role in protecting my body. Iodine’s Role in Radiation Protection
I am aware that iodine is said to be very assistive in protection from radiation & so I consume organic superfoods/seaweeds rich in iodine such as spirulina and kelp every morning in my power shake and super meal blend while eliminating sugar, processed foods, and autoimmune disrupting foods like unfermented soy or soy products. Eating clean, humanely treated and ethically sourced iodine rich foods helps to fight thyroxine (hormone release via thyroid for metabolism function) dysregulation. Consider the fact that spirulina and chlorella were used heavily by Russians after the Chernobyl nuclear plant disaster.
The seaweeds mentioned above will not only help your thyroid but also gift your body with significant amounts of trace minerals and minerals that most people are lacking due to depleted soils and toxins. Spirulina is one of my favorites to drink with juice or water and is the only high protein food that people consume during fasts that does not slow down the detoxification process. Radiation phenomena exists in multiple forms which can have biological impacts. These forms include traditional electric & magnetic fields, radiofrequency, and nuclear radiation. All of these types of radiation exist in nature, however, since the advent of the industrial revolution all of them have been harnessed and created in greater strength by many orders of magnitude.

Through integrating love, courage and daily spiritual housekeeping through prayer, breath, various physical body strength training, energy/chi practices and meditation we can restore our vital essence, power and jing and live less affected by harmful agents.
