Red radishes are great for your health and are rich in vitamin c content, which has a role in producing collagen and repairing the body. They are also rich in fiber which is great for your Colon and digestive health, They are rich in many minerals including Iron, magnesium, copper, calcium and potassium.   They contain sulfur which is beneficial for anti-inflammation and the health of the hair, skin and nails.

They are also rich in antioxidants and anti-cancerous compounds, include them in your diet as often as you can! I love adding them to salads.
