Avocado’s are absolutely delicious, one of my favorite foods. I love adding avocado’s to salads, quinoa, rice, beans, guacamole, salsa and even in my sauerkraut sometimes! (I know, i’m a bit weird, but it’s good.)
They are one of thew fruits that are rich in fat content, potassium, full of healthy omega fats and oleic acid. Avocado’s are also rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins, vitamin K, E and C as well as carotenoids, flavonoids and other beneficial antioxidants and minerals.
