This cleanse can go on for 2 days, longer if you feel the need. 2 Days will give your body a nice reset though as you’ll soon hear why.
This detox involves making fresh, organic juice for the morning and for the evening. To start your day by purifying your internal organs and to end your day doing the same. That way your body is detoxifying through the day while you eat food as well as at night when it’s resting and recovering. This detox protocol will help the following parts of your body:

* Your Colon
* Your Circulation
* Lymphatic Drainage
* Immune System (fight infections, kill harmful things)
* Your Heart & Cardiovascular System
These 6 areas in your body will benefit from this cleanse because the cleanse contains ginger, garlic, maple syrup, lemon and tomatoes. Each play a role in impacting an aspect of your health listed above.

You want to have it after dinner but at least a few hours before bed so that it won’t be digesting or causing your digestive system to take too much ‘sleep recovery energy’ while you need rest. You want this juice settled in fully before you fall asleep so that the assimilated nutrients and therapeutic compounds can help your body heal, recover and detoxify while resting.
This routine benefits your colon, liver, kidneys, and entire digestive system. It helps your body to cleanse and detoxify and remove excess fat.
