It’s the time of year when treats are abundant and healthy food seems to be more scarce. The holidays and time with family inspires treats galore! Sugar, unhealthy fats and most things we wouldn’t eat normally are laying around just staring at you. It’s harder when you see your family because you know there will be plenty of treats and you’ll be tempted more than ever. I binge a bit myself, i’m not a “perfect” eater and don’t think anyone can or even should be. Part of life is enjoying and trying new things! Before we get into today’s tactical advice which is extremely unique and exciting. It’s a simple, easy to do process. This information is real and there’s no hocus pocus or hype! This sounds really good, and it actually is. It’s backed by a study in Korea which showed that following this simple protocol reduced fat and waist size in a study done with women. First though, I want to take you through a little mental exercise to prepare you to burn fat and have more mental fortitude to follow through because often that’s the first barrier stopping anyone from dropping unhealthy pounds.
It is nice though during the year end to set goals and focus on aligning with how you want to start the new year. Are you doing it for your health and well-being? to set an example of persistence and dedication to your children? to have a feeling of freedom and purpose again? There’s always a bigger reason why you want to make positive changes.
Find that reason and ground to it, make it a part of why you are changing and the change will be stronger. With that being said diet and exercise are obviously important aspects in burning excess body fat but today we’re going to take an easier approach that will begin to allow your belly fat to reduce naturally. If I were to prioritize how important exercise and diet are I would put diet far ahead of exercise for many important reasons, of which i’ll probably cover in a future article.

The Korean Study: Essential Oil Blend That Burns Belly Fat
The study in Korea had two groups, one used grapeseed oil and the other group with more effective results used Cypress, Lemon & Grapefruit essential oils. They used these three oils in conjunction with a carrier oil (Coconut oil or almond oil works great) to massage onto their belly.
The study was done by the Department of Nursing at the Wonkwang Health Science College in Korean post-menopausal women. The results from the study are promising. Their waist measurements dropped significantly and they experienced an improvement in body image compared to the control group.
The study only examined post-menopausal women, it is believed that the effects would transfer to other women as well as men.
