I recently watched a very interesting TED talk from Amy Cuddy, who researches body language and it’s affect on confidence, stress response and hormone production and I found her research really fascinating so wanted to share in this short video how and why these power poses are so beneficial for your life, health and wellbeing.

You have to keep in mind to that testosterone not only boosts confidence but it also is a fat burning hormone meaning you’ll be in better shape and have more lean muscle mass. Cortisol on the contrary is a fat storing hormone meaning that you’ll be more stressed and carry extra body fat. These high primal high power poses can have a big impact in your life if you engage in them regularly. I hope that you use them and improve your hormonal health and life!
