There are a lot of diet fads and diets out there. Several times a year a new diet fad claims to help you shrink the fat and have the perfect body of your dreams by simply reducing carbs, fats, sugars, proteins, or whatever it may be. A diet fad is short lived and won’t work longterm because your body needs protein, sugars, fats, carbs etc. It’s about finding a balance and harmony within your body that works with you.
A healthy diet on the other hand can have a pretty broad range, depending on who you are, your individuality, genetics, food sensitivities and more will determine which healthy diet path will work best for you. The great thing about this is that you don’t need to commit to eating vegan, or commit to eating paleo etc. You can pick and choose from the healthy long-term sustainable diets and mold a model that works well for you.
I really do hope that this is THE best diet advice you’ve ever heard, that was the goal. Please leave your comments and questions on this post and share it with your friends and family if you found the information valuable.

P.S. Do you like episodes like this? where I just talk and share my feelings, ideas and beliefs? Let me know below…
i feel like your not seeing this correctly as said from the biggest camp Natural hygiene the perfect amount of carbs protein fat exists in whole ripe plant food as it exists 🙂
the idea of high carbs is just reflective of this natural fact. so if you fracture any of your food of course you get off balance.
I don't really feel that there is a right or wrong, correct or incorrect way to view it. With this i'm sharing my perspective of the scale and trying to help the most people find balance. A plant based diet will not work for everyone, and for someone to believe that literally 100% of people will be fine and healthy on a 100% strict plant based diet is crazy. I think most people can, but the understanding of this information is what will help the most people, and i'm here to help people see the big picture, bot preach at them as to how they need to eat, because once again, everyone is different and what works with me may not work for you, and so on and so forth.
Healthy Wild And Free yea def not right or wrong but the consequence of actions if you put oils or fractured food into your body it doesn't get what it needs as nature intended it for it. non absolutism matters but not as a way to say don't eat what gives a human being optimum results, mono eating on fruit.
nothing IS, stuff DOES. 🙂 no sides 1 life and we share origin . the strongest most beautiful people holding the highest vitality on earth demonstrate for us that meat disrupts humans potentials.
Thanks for having loren on even if you didn't hear or agree with what he said.
Jonas Sunshine Callewaert I agree with some of what Loren said, but not all of it… Everyone should think for themselves. If you find yourself completely agreeing with someone on everything maybe you aren't thinking enough for yourself! It's good to have your own perspectives and viewpoints because that is how value is magnified, if we were all paleo or fruitarian clones no one would get anywhere in their health! or, not that fast at least! lol
