The other day I was thinking about how you could improve your health fastest with minimal effort. I was thinking about how people struggle with making healthy and unhealthy decisions and trying to use brute force and willpower to become healthy.

Truly I believe it’s quite simple and easy to get healthy and to continue to get healthier. Following these basic principles have helped me get healthy, lean and to feel great in my own life.
