Emily Rose Shaw is a certified holistic nutrition coach, natural healthstylist and plant-based nutrition expert. Emily’s on a mission to help you connect to your true nature of health and beauty from the inside out and to realize your full potential by uncovering what it means for you to live your happiest, healthiest life. She specializes in helping women who love to eat lose weight permanently, understand and manage food cravings and prevent chronic disease.

Growing up with Transcendental Meditation and Ayurveda in her native Fairfield, IA she’s had life-long experience with natural health and food. From the front row at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week to the front yard vegetable garden, her work experience spans from assisting a top fashion stylist in LA to working for her father’s gardening business. She is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, holds a BA in Health & Human Physiology from the University of Iowa and an AA from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
