This holiday season i’ve decided to give gifts that are exclusively health based to my family. Honestly, what’s most important to me around the end of the year, holiday season is to just see my family and be able to spend time with them.  The gifts and stuff has become less important over time, it just feels good to give to those that I love.

I created a list on my blog for healthy holiday gift ideas, for christmas, hanukkah, or whatever you celebrate, even if it’s nothing.  If you just want to join the holiday spirit in the season of giving, I wrote an article with 10 healthy gift ideas that may help give you some ideas.  Now, I wanted to share some smaller gifts, if you don’t celebrate christmas or if you want stocking stuffer ideas.  These are small, healthier gifts that help your loved ones health in one way or another.
